While traveling through Costa Rica, we stopped at a small community that focuses on organic farming and explains how exactly which plants are grown, harvested, and processed. During the tour, the guide’s son showed up – and he had the most amazing red hair I have ever seen! He helped showcase cacao fruits, bananas, and even had his face painted with natural dye we collected from a tree. Good fun – and good memories.
