I’ve seen some sunsets in my life – but this one was so good that it felt unreal. I can only assume it was the whole situation – ice cold, eyelashes frozen, a deep red sunset that threw a soft red onto the undisturbed snow, and all these natural frames that would be created by the frozen trees.

The Lofoten Islands have some impressive landscapes to offer. Add that to a calm day and you get incredible reflections – like this one. This was taken next to Rheine at a parking lot, you didn’t even have to hike to get this view! These are my favourite kinds of views, hehe.

Looks like any other squirrel, right? That’s because it is – but it is cute! If you visit certain hotel complexes in Costa Rica, they will hang bananas around the arrival area to attract animal life. You know, gotta put on a show for the tourists. In this case, it worked and attracted this little guy here. He ate a full banana – but stopped every now and again to look at us as we were looking at him.
