Sardinia was a trip! That’s right, a trip and a trip. While exploring the island by public transport, we managed to always be at a stunning little beach during sunset and sunrise – this was one of those sunrises. The water was cold, and you didn’t see where you stepped (and if there was something you could step on) – but the results were absolutely worth it.
Icelands waterfalls are impressive – even more so if they have a beautiful cave that goes with it! I am used to having to hike to places like this for hours – but nope, not in Iceland. This one here was 10 min walking from our Hotel!
Flamingos are really rather fun to watch. Initially, their movements seem quite chaotic, but once you look at them for a while, you do realize that there is a certain grace to what they do and how they move.
I am not a great drone pilot – at all. I fly slow, always scared a bird is gonna crash into my drone. As a result, I do at times forget to check the actual camera settings – and as a result of that result, I sometimes get completely underexposed images. This photo here is one of those – it was completely underexposed. I managed to recover some details, but any zoom might reveal some strange colored pixels. Still – works for screens, so I take it!
Herbrechtingen is a small town in Germany – and just outside of it, there are these stone pillars. It’s a nice 20 min walk through the german countryside to get here, and there is literally nothing else around, but the strange formation is worth it.
